About the Cover --

Peace, Love, Hope and Joy identify four colored layers of a small personal "pyramid"made from modeling clay which I left at the Western Wall in 1996 while asking God’s help in bringing peace to my own life. With excited anticipation of my trip which included a visit to the pyramids, I decided to “dump” my undesirable characteristics into the clay "pyramid,"put the lid securely in place and pray about it at the Wall. The layers represent the foundations integrated into the soul of the CD. Peace, Love, Hope and Joy are each identified with a song on the CD.

Joy is our birthright, Hope builds with compassion, and Love exemplifies a deep longing for connection with every soul God created. Peace is at the top as we constantly struggle to maintain balance in our oneness with God (the vertical line of a cross), our family lives and our relationships with others, including other races, cultures and nations (the horizontal cross-piece).

The broken lines of the dove represent struggle to solidify a beautiful bird in God’s creation, the peace dove. Making the lines flow magnificently proud is the tough part. It is with Joy, Hope, Love and Peace that we offer each listener their own interpretation of spirituality through our work.
